I'm usually just passing through. I'm mostly in Kanto.

[globetrotting]

Oh? Do you have a job back in Kanto?

[bravefighter]

Nah, nothing like that. S'just where I live.

[globetrotting]

You should be more adventurous, mister trainer! Home won't be going anywhere unless a hurricane knocks it over -- which you wouldn't want to be caught in, in that case!

I'm usually busy! I just caught a break back home and now I'm suddenly here. It's more traveling than I thought I would be doing, at least?

[globetrotting]

Hmm, I don't think it really counts, you know. [ No cheating! ] What do you usually get up to then?

[bravefighter]

Too much. [Let's see...] Like I mentioned, there was Team Rocket. They usually keep me pretty busy back home.

[globetrotting]

They're still around for you?

Yeah... but I think they're done for now.

The latest thing I had to mess with was Team Aqua, but that was just something with their leader.

Team Aqua, huh? And where were they? Hoenn?

Yup, that's right! Ruby and Sapphire already dealt with them, but their leader decided to come back for more.

[globetrotting]

And so that's when you jumped in to help?

Yup! Not just me, but all the Dex Holders did.

[globetrotting]

Dex Holders? Who're they?

[ sounds kind of funny! ]

My friends! Everyone that has a Pokedex.

Wow. [ okay, it is funny. She giggles a little. ] Is it a special group? Do you just need a pokédex to join?

Uh... dunno!

[Hmmm...]

I don't know if it's special, and I don't really know how to join. It's not like an elite group or anything! It just kinda... happened.

[globetrotting]

Well, if you all have pokédexes, then I guess that's just what you need to be part of it? [ Hee. ] I wouldn't have ever thought about a group of people coming together because they have pokédexes.

[bravefighter]

I guess so! I wouldn't have thought of it either. We all just kinda met up, and it turned out we all had one.

[globetrotting]

Maybe you're all drawn to trouble? The professors sure know how to pick you.

Probably, yeah... we've all had to go up against one of the Teams.

[globetrotting]

One of the 'Teams', huh? [ She hums, wiggling a hand out of the water and touching at Pika's back. ] People sure love to cause trouble, too.

[bravefighter]

Like you wouldn't believe.

[He wishes it wasn't the case and that they could just sit and focus on their journeys like they were supposed to, but someone has to stop them if they do pop up.

At least Pika seems content, pushing himself more against her stomach at the touch.]

I kinda do know. Well, I know there's always going to be trouble in the world no matter what you do. [ such was life! ] But I guess you and your friends like to be the ones to do something about it?
